On Thursday October 29th, the Civic Trust and Museum are offering tours of the Bastion throughout the day. With a Civic Trust guide, visit the underground chamber that contains the remains of a section of the Roman wall and a 13th century defensive tower. The Bastion is located under a trapdoor in the King’s Walk Shopping Centre.
Tours start at 10.30, 11.10, 11.50, 12.30, 13.10, 13.50, 14.30, 15.10, 15.50.
