Lady From The Deep is an original one-woman play by David James, inspired by the iconic horror stories of Robert W Chambers and H P Lovecraft and performed by Jasmine James, a veteran of the Cheltenham theatre scene.
On a stormy evening in 1930s Cumbria, playwright Cassilda welcomes you into her living room to perform excerpts from her latest work and share the inspiration behind it. Her creation draws on the folklore of the Cumbrian lakes and legends of an ancient and powerful presence sleeping beneath the water.
Although she’s enthusiastic and prone to over-sharing, as the wine flows and the clock approaches midnight, you may start to wonder if there’s something she’s not telling you…
Tickets are £14 per person and refreshments will be available at the popup bar.

A two-in-one mindfulness workshop suitable for ages 7-15 where children can learn how to protect their energies and honour passed loved ones.
In the first half, children can learn how to protect their energies from everyday life in this overstimulating world. Protecting your energy is mostly about being grounded and calm, so we shall explore different mindfulness techniques to help us aid in that endeavour.
The second half lets us hold space for loved ones we have lost. Halloween is all about a time of honouring out ancestors and lost loved ones. We shall also delve into why Halloween is associated with people who have passed on, and how we keep their memory alive.
In the “protecting our energy” workshop we shall be making herb spell bags and the “honouring our passed loved ones” we shall be anointing a candle in their honour and together we shall hold space and create intention to send our love to them.
This workshop is £10 per child (Parent/guardian included in the ticket).

BOOK TICKETS
Join the team from Gloucester Ghost Walks to explore a building that has witnessed 500 years of change. Through the centuries, the Folk of Gloucester has been many things: a sweet shop, a fishmongers, a cobbler’s, a funeral directors, an auction room and even a pin and needle factory which employed children due to their small hands and fingers. Every chapter adds depth to the building’s story, creating an atmosphere that is both fascinating and thought provoking.
Come and explore this unique location using a mix of traditional and modern paranormal investigation methods and equipment, from EMF meters and digital recorders to quieter, more observational techniques. We aim to investigate respectfully, openly and without preconceptions. This experience is designed for both believers and sceptics, you don’t need to be convinced in advance, just curious.
Our focus is on history, atmosphere and the possibility that a place with such a long layered past may still hold echoes of those who lived and worked there.
Tickets are £25 per person at the link provided.
